The DRAFT Planning and Design Code is a proposed new planning system that will help revolutionise the way development is regulated in South Australia. A public forum on the Seacliff Park Housing Development, known locally as Cement Hill, is being held on Thursday 19 September.
The overall development design and plans for the Seacliff Park Development (also known as the Lorenzin site or Cement Hill re-development) are a closed shop. However the Association has written to the Developer to develop a productive relationship with them as they will be a significant part of our community for years to come.
