Strategic Plan 2020-25

Our Strategic Plan
It was launched at a Public Forum for the 5049 Coastal Community in 15 May 2018 and was in response to our community survey in 2017. Our Strategic Plan is comprehensive and bold. It aims to provide clarity for the Association and the community on what we are about and what our shared priorities are.

We have undertaken a review of our Plan in 2020 and conducted and online survey please go here for the results

  • Celebration for our volunteers March 
  • Kingston Park master plan Forum May
  • Attendance and witness to the Kaurna Repatriation Day at Kingston Park Reserve August
  • Public Forum on the Seacliff Park DPA ( Cement Hill) September 
  • Major submission and public hearing presentation on the Seacliff Park DPA  October

  • Communicate the outcomes of our meetings to the stakeholders and media

  • Celebrations for our volunteers in February
  • Successful Kind neighbour initiative during Covid-19
  • Influence as a stakeholder on the permanent cafe feasibility at Kingston Park Reserve
  • Kind neighbour task group formed to build on the network of volunteers
